Story

We are having to move the TORCH track from our current location to a new one and need funds to enable this to happen. The money will enable us to pay for the heavy loading equipment that is required to move the astroturf, containers, race control, toilets and rostrum and also help to pay for labour to carry out the work. Over the last two weeks we have been busy and the rostrum has been stood up and has now been welded back up after being cut up for the move and the roof has been reinstalled. This week the track area is being scraped, covered in hardcore and lightly levelled so that we should be in a position to start laying fleece and then astroturf as well as building a perimeter fence around the track this weekend 14th,15th September. Many other jobs still left to do and will be at the track most weekends until it is ready to race again. See FB and website

We have been busy taking down the fences and rolling up the astroturf. The roof from the rostrum came off at the weekend. This week we are still removing any remaining fences as well as cutting the fence posts at the base and any other jobs that we can get done in preparation for the move on Saturday. Thanks so much for your support so far it really means a lot.
