Inclusion Advent Calendar
This Christmas, we’re celebrating the power of kindness, community, and inclusion. As part of our Inclusion Advent Calendar, we’re inviting everyone to open not just a door each day, but a help us create more moment of connections and support throughout the year. WE know disability is long-term and not only for Christmas.
The Inclusion Advent Calendar shines a light on the small acts that make a big difference. Behind every door is a reminder that everyone deserves to feel valued, welcomed, and supported, especially at this time of year but also the wider rhetoric of stigma disabled people have to face daily.

Toucan Diversity invests in its disabled trainers. We pay for their accreditation and any other personal development goals related to their training ability and delivery. The cost of one of our trainers becoming accredited is as follows:
£500 Accreditation – TQUK Level 3 Education and Training
£150 Confidence building course
£50 Elocution Lessons – To be effective, often 10 lessons or more are needed
£18 for an hour of scribe support for someone who can't physically type. This allows them to dictate.
