I have suffered from mental health issues for almost as long as I can remember, the last 6 months has been some of the hardest time I have ever been through. This has led me to some extremely dark places including periods where I wanted to die to end the pain and had a few attempts at my own life. During these dark days I attended Andys Man Club (AMC), not feeling completely alone, isolated and able to talk about it all really helped me stay alive. The groups are FREE to any man over 18 and are open every Monday 7pm (except bank holidays).
This is where Yestival 2023 comes in, it's ran by Not For Profit Social Enterprise Say Yes More. Members of which are more commonly known as the Yes Tribe. If I had to define the YesTribe, it would be a collection of people promoting positive well being and thought processes, challenging people to embrace life at it's fullest, be brave and back themselves to achieve more. Yestival is the yearly gathering of these members from all around the country. This 3 day long event was amazing, I met some inspirational people during that time which opened my eyes, slowly lifting away the cloud from my head and my heart, making me want to dream again.

The Challenge - will be an 800 mile bike ride (minimum) commencing on July 29th. Going from Torquay to Bristol to Tottenham and then on to Amsterdam on August 12th for 1st home game of season (stopping at as many football grounds as time allows on the way, I will also stop into local AMC nights en route), and then returning back to England and cycling up to Big Sky Hideaway Campsite which is Say Yes More HQ and where Yestival was held.
