Tower Hill Nursery in Great Barr, Birmingham, is now an established 'Good' nursery, providing an enabling environment for 0-5 year olds.

In 2019 we plan to create a sensory room for all our children to help support their development. The sensory room will also be available for use for nurseries and schools in the local community.

A Sensory Room is a specially designed room which combines a range of stimuli to help individuals develop and engage their senses. These can include lights, colours, sounds, touch, all within a safe environment that allows the person using it to explore and interact without risk. Sensory rooms provide a therapeutic environment for children and can be used to develop a range of physical skills. It provides a calming space and helps children learn to manage their emotions.

All donations raised will go towards the sensory room.
