Please can you help our fantastic little smart car is off the road due to mechanical issues , he needs so much work . He has also had his stickers / body wrap vandalised and is in desperate need of a makeover this car is a vital lifeline to people we help who have no family support to get to their chemo appintments , and its proven that the quicker a patient can get to and from their chemo after treatment recovery is quicker
