My mum (Wendy Speakes) was murdered by Christopher Farrow in 1994 he stalked women with the intension to gain access into their homes and took a murder kit which included (knife, gage, stockings and shoes) with him. He murdered my mum after failing to get in to another lady’s house and after 6 years was found and given 18 years’ minimum life sentence plus 14-year sentence for rape, 14 years for serious sexual assault and 4 years for attempted rape of another woman, all to run concurrently. The parole board have decided to release this murderer to test him in open prison in preparation for release this year. I need help funding legal representation for a Judicial Review to overturn this “irrational decision” as my legal advice is that I have a strong case as he “still continues to deny and misrepresent the murder” in addition he has shown no remorse and took a pair of my mum’s shoes as a murder trophy with him - for his next victim?
