Hallie’s 5km Run to Say Thank You

Our amazing daughter, Hallie, is taking on a 5km run to raise money for a cause that is incredibly close to our family's heart: Susan Whymark Funeral Services.

She is raising funds for them to say a massive "thank you" for the extraordinary compassion and support they provide to our community, specifically for two reasons that mean the world to her:

* The Rainbow Tree: Susan Whymark and her team at The Rainbow Tree run a wonderful free bereavement club for children, which Hallie attends. The support, care, and safe space they have provided for her there has been absolutely invaluable.

* Unbelievable Kindness: Recently, some very dear friends of ours went through the unimaginable heartbreak of losing their baby, who was stillborn at 39.5 weeks pregnant. During this devastating time, Susan Whymark Funeral Services stepped in and completely waived their fee for the baby's funeral. Their generosity gave our friends one less thing to worry about during the darkest moment of their lives.

Hallie wants to take on this 5km challenge to give something back to a team that gives so much of themselves to others. We want to help them continue running their bereavement club and supporting grieving families when they need it most.
