Heartbreakingly on Thursday 27th December beautiful Katelyn Lazare tragically lost her life to the cruel disease that is Meningitis. Katelyn had been full of life dancing on stage at the Dolman Theatre just a few days earlier.

Katelyn was just 15 years of age.

Her family and friends have been left shocked and heartbroken.

Katelyn was the most AMAZING, kind, thoughtful and fun loving young girl who always made everyone smile with her funny ways. She always looked out for others before herself. Everyone she met instantly loved her and her heart was made of pure gold.

Katelyn was a much loved pupil at St Joseph's High School and a friend to everyone at LeClares School of Dance. Both the school and dance studio will not be the same without her and she will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.
