"Everyone can make a contribution to saving lives from suicide: raising awareness, being trained in suicide first- aid, helping those who have survived a suicide attempt or helping a family who is suffering the loss of a loved one to suicide. This year, Trackars Healthcare have chosen Downpatrick based group, Suicide Down to Zero as our charity of the year. Working in the Healthcare sector, we see people on a daily basis who are suffering from depression, mental illness and struggling to cope. In our fundraising attempts this year, we hope to raise enough money to bring training and awareness to communities across Northern Ireland and provide support to those who need it.

We will be holding an array of fundraising activities throughout the year and would like as much support as possible to reach our target. We hope that you join us on our journey and have some fun along the way.
