Story

6 Year old Ethan and his family had their world torn to pieces when he was first diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2016, then aged only 5.

Ethan had an operation and then went through chemotherapy. The type of tumour was so aggressive but the most curable. The family were delighted as Ethan had a good outcome and beat the cancer, ringing the bell on 09/01/17 at Addenbrookes.

Ethan went onto have MRI scans every 4 months, and for the next 8 months they were clear.

A year to the day on 9th January 2018 was the next scan for Ethan, devastatingly the family were hit with the news was that the cancer has returned.

Only this time it is in his spine and head but too far in to operate.

Ethan is due to start radiotherapy on Wednesday and will finish end of March.

As we know it is so harmful especially to such a young boy and long term side effects are unknown.

We want to make sure Ethan’s parents can provide everything he needs to be comfortable, and help enjoy his life the most he can with his two brothers Brandon 10, and Jack 2 with family days out at the seaside and perhaps a little holiday in the UK by the sea.

Please do all you can to help raise funds. If Ethan has the strength to fight, the least we can do is help raise enough. It doesn’t have to be lots even £1 is a great help.
