Story
Lately, through joining so many online groups, I have been made aware just how many people need help with their mental health and it's frankly quite astonishing. As a counsellor, I specialise in End of Life and Bereavement counselling. This is a time that affects everyone at some point in their lives.
Bereavement comes in many shapes and forms, from death of a loved one - both human and animal, job loss, relationship breakdown and sometimes just a complete change of life. Yet people struggle to get the help they need. Waiting lists are long and not everyone can afford private help.
Therefore if anyone out there could spare a few pounds, maybe the price of a coffee, or donate a little more to help someone who may be desperate, receive the help they need.
I so desperately want to be able to set up more group sessions and counselling cafés where people can be made to feel they are not alone.
