My wife has stargardts disease, the childhood version of macular degeneration. For years she has had to cope with poor visibilty and the painful headaches that come with this disorder without any hope of a cure. But now they have developed a tool to place on her glasses that would literally change her life. Little things like going shopping and reading the paper, things most of us dont even think about day to day would be so much easier. My wife dreams of being able to read to our children.
