We are raising money for The Tram Stop Shelter by holding a charity 5-a-side tournament.

The original Tram Stop Shelter was in a state of disrepair and has since been torn down. The charity aim to re-build a part of Southend-on-Sea's history in a way that not only preserves memories of the tram that took trippers along the seafront in the early 1900's but also provides seaside facilities to people with disabilities.

These facilities will include access to the beach, fully functional toilets and showers that support people's physical needs and requirements as well as kitchen facilities and ample space for picnics and activities.
