In a moment of complete insanity, I along with my good mate Gary have decided to do the London to Brighton bike ride in September...............................
Now I know most of you think of me as being a natural athlete and it will probably be a piece of cake to do the 54 (yes 54!) miles BUT I can assure you this is not the case 🤤

So I hear you say why are these two fine figures of mankind doing this?

Well I have been inspired by a little girl named Evie-Mae.

Every time I have left her after spending time with Evie, seeing that face and beautiful smile , I've felt humbled at how her mother (Rachel) and my son (Joe) are coping with the cards life has dealt them, they do an amazing job and you both are heroes to me x

After speaking to Rachel one evening, she was explaining how Evie has had a masseur visiting once a week and told me that she was sleeping a lot better and the little thing of getting her dressed was so much better. Rachel then went on to tell me that the cost of this is £400 a month. Now Evie has a Just Giving page to raise funds for this kind of thing and many people have generously given. But it doesn't take a lot of working out that this money isn't going to last!

So this is where you lovely people can help. By donating/sponsoring Gary and I we can make this little angel's life just a little bit more comfortable. Now its got to be worth a few quid even if it's just to see two middle aged in full tight cycling get up (and there will be pics of our training, tumbles and all) then I don't know what is 😲😲
