I am doing a triathlon to raise funds to donate to the moira fund. The moira fund is set up to help familys that are traumatically bereaved by the murder or manslaughter of a loved one.

I will canoe from largs to millport, do a 4.5mile run and a 6.5 mile cycle on the 26th of july.

all proceeds will go directly to the moira fund, please support a great cause.
