Hi All, help us raise a deposit to buy a new house after a recent house fire which ruined the whole house. The house was mine and my ex partners who sadly passed away from cancer and left me and my son and step kids with the house. I moved out of the house as i met a lovely new partner and i decided i wanted to sell the house. but unfortunatley the house couldnt be sold due to claws within the will left. So we decided to let my ex is older son live in the house as he was homless. He wasnt working at the time and really couldnt afford to rent and as the property was morgage free he could sort himself out. But the house over time was going down hill and wasnt been maintained as my stepson couldnt afford to maintain the house and the trustees were not doing there duties to look after the house. There was an electeical fault which caused the fire whixh sadly destroyed the house. I later found out that the trustees or my step son never insured the house so now we are left without a property but worst of all, all the memories that were there for my son and step kids are all gone and that was our safe house for the future.
