In lieu of flowers, Barrie’s son David kindly asks that any donations made to remember his dad are made to Tameside Youth Drama Group (TYDG).

As many people know, Barrie was an integral part of setting up the group with his best friends, the late Dennis and Jean Nash. The group has supported thousands of children over the years, to find confidence in themselves through performance.

The group are celebrating their 40th anniversary next year with a celebration/performance, so all donations kindly received will go to making it an unforgettable experience to remember Barrie and keep his legacy alive.
