Thousands have been left homeless and hungry after Super Typhoon Rai (known in the Philippines as Typhoon Odette) passed through countries including the Philippines. Siargao Island was one of the first to be hit and is now devastated.

I'm raising money to help the locals eat and find shelter. I was lucky enough to get to know some families on the island and feel their warmth and kindness. Therefore, i'm bypassing the charities and passing on funds directly to the families. One family, who lived right on the seafront is helping 45 other families and the funds will go directly to them.
