I've raised £1000 to pay for the Rossendale valley Under 9s kit so we can have a local young persons mental health organisations logo instead of a sponsor

The Rossendale valley U9s pumas are trying to raise enough money to buy their own kits for the up coming season so that we can have the local young persons mental heath group Jack's club logo on the front. Usually they are sponsored by a local business that buys the kit and displays their logo on the front but after recent events with covid and businesses struggling, plus many young people struggling mentally due to the huge upheaval lockdown has caused we decided it would a perfect opportunity to raise awareness of this much needed service.
The team will be doing a "marathon in a month" each and are asking for kind donations in return. Any money left over from the purchase of the kits will be donated to jacks club to help with the organisation of their meetings and any further things they require to continue in their wonderful work.
Jacks club was set up in memory of a young man named Jack who sadly took his own life. It is a place in Rossendale where young people go to chill out, have a bit of fun, relax, create new friendships and talk about any issues they may have in a relaxed and non judgemental atmosphere. All funds they raise go towards activities, refreshments and cost of premises.
