Story

We’re raising $3,000 to help children with epilepsy in Oman.

Being an epilepsy survivor myself, my lifelong goal is to raise awareness and educate society about this condition; this is our driving force and why the ub-cool team and I take part in physical challenges such as Marathons, Spartan races, and other events around the world. By doing this we want to inspire and motivate people to overcome their own personal challenges.

What is our aim? We want to raise $3000 to support children with epilepsy in Oman.

What is Epilepsy?

Epilepsy is not just one neurological condition, but a group of many different 'epilepsies' with one thing in common: a tendency to have seizures that start in the brain. Anyone can develop epilepsy, at any time of life. It happens in people of all ages, races and social classes. Epilepsy is most commonly diagnosed in children and in people over 65.

How will the money raised be spent?

*Organising the entertaining events for children with epilepsy in Oman

*The raised funds will go towards epilepsy research at Omani hospitals

How can you help? The ub-cool team and I are asking you to donate to help us meet our goal. Every penny will count!
