It’s okay to not have your shit together.
It’s okay to feel depressed.
It’s okay to feel overwhelmed.
It’s okay to be sad.
It’s okay to be anxious.
It’s okay to be scared.
It’s okay to not have everything figured out, to feel a wave of uncertainty come crashing over you and not know which way is up, or when your next gulp of air will come.
These are perfectly normal feelings that every man experiences. And it’s okay to talk about it.
What’s not okay is suffering in silence.

4 years ago£845 raised do far. I cannot thank you all enough for your kind support, well wishes and honest open conversations about mental health. Some very moving and humbling conversations. I feel very proud to able to call you all my friends, family and colleagues. Thank you for your sponsorship. I can't wait to let MANHEALTH know the good news. The sky really was this blue, 15,000 feet high and free falling for a full 30 seconds! I laughed all the way down. Oh, BTW apparently the only way to better the 2 sky dives now is to do a SOLO jump!
