Weʼre raising £3,000 to Support ManHealth 'ManJump' Aug20 - Part of the embarrassment at telling people about mental health is the fear of being treated differently

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
It’s okay to not have your shit together.
It’s okay to feel depressed.
It’s okay to feel overwhelmed.
It’s okay to be sad.
It’s okay to be anxious.
It’s okay to be scared.
It’s okay to not have everything figured out, to feel a wave of uncertainty come crashing over you and not know which way is up, or when your next gulp of air will come.
These are perfectly normal feelings that every man experiences. And it’s okay to talk about it.
What’s not okay is suffering in silence.

After last Years very successfu ManJump - i leapt 15,000 feet out of a small Cessna plane and did a tandum ManJump ski dive. You helped me raise over £1200 in support of #MANHEALTH - Raising Mental Health awareness in Men. Removing the stigma we feel about speaking out. Giving men to confidence to reach out, ask for help, talk, listen. This year in approx 215 days - AGAIN... I will redo this Jump going higher, being Bolder (dont laugh!) Aiming to raise £2,000.00 - With your support this will be possible. #manhealth #timetotalk #tometoliste
