I've raised £500 to to help fund children at a school in Uganda to be able to attend school.

Organised by Fiona Adams
Ann and Denis set up Ruhanga Development School in Uganda, it started as a playgroup and now has a full range of years.
Although it costs for children to go to school, Ann set up the charity to sponsor a child, which helps towards education, so no child is sent away if they can not afford it. Each child also get porridge for breakfast, which could be the only food they get until they get home.
I am hoping to go across to help teach older students how to make re usable sanitary towels, so girls can attend school all month, and not miss due to having nothing to use. Disposable sanitary towel are a luxury and not affordable.
Date is not confirmed but will be before summer.
