My British friends, I need your help.

My beautiful country Guatemala has been devastatingly affected by the eruption of Volcan Fuego. Dozens have died and thousands are injured, lost everything and really need your help.

Most of you who know me, may well have listened to me talk about how Guatemala is the most beautiful place in the world; well it is - and some of the people that make it so stunning are in desesperate need of medical supplies, food and funds to relocate.

Please help me fund some cash, no matter how little. I will personally make sure that those funds are sent to the Rotary Club in Guatemala, where a family friend volunteers.

Being so far away from home, I feel utterly helpless but I know that with the help of all of you, we will make a difference.
