I've raised £2500 to fund 2 trailers of humanitarian aid to Ukrainian refugees

It has becoming increasingly apparent during this time that, although there are so many kind people wanting to help the Ukranian refugees with physical donations of essential items, many places that have been accepting donations are reaching capacity and turning donations away because they're struggling to transport the goods to the right places. Not only is it knowing where to send it to, how to get it there, and how to get it cleared through customs, it's also a huge financial cost.
As an experienced logistics business, especially with our specialty in European road freight, along with in-house customs clearances, we thought this is where we could really add value and do our part. We self-funded 2 full artic trailers and 3 smalls vans worth of supplies, along with customs clearances, into Poland to support the Ukranian refugees.
During this time, we opened our office and warehouse to donations where we collected and stored an overwhelming amount of goods prior to sorting and dispatch from the old Red Cross building in Yateley. This time just showed to us even more how important it is that we find a way to continue aiding in the transport during this time. Many people that came to our office to donate spoke of all the places they'd been to prior and turned away as they were at capacity and had no way to actually transport the goods to the Ukranian refugees.
For this reason, we would love to continue to facilitate the transport for the aid trips and, although we can no longer financially fully fund the vehicles ourselves due to budget and rising fuel costs, we've made it our mission to raise enough money for a further two artic trailers. #westandwithukraine
Moving forward, instead of accepting physical donations, we ask that you consider donating financially (even if only a £1) so that we can assist multiple collection points in transporting these donations, that people have worked so hard to arrange, to aid during this time of need.
