Hi everyone, a final update on this crowdfund, and to start with a huge thank you to everyone who supported and contributed to it. Our final amount was £1000, which is far higher than the initial target of £250 I had hoped for! This has allowed me to buy critical supplies needed to donate the centre, who are doing amazing work and have accumulated an incredible amount of supplies, filling 223 palettes they are now shipping to Poland. Hi everyone, just an update to let you know I am now directly communicating with the Polish Centre in Newcastle to understand how best to use the money we have raised. They are inundated with generous donations – the response has been unbelievable. With £970 in total we now are determining how best to spend it and which supplies are needed most. I'm also speaking to suppliers to buy items in bulk to make the money go as far as it can. I'll update when there's more progress, just wanted to keep you updated and say thank you again! ❤️ 🇺🇦
