Dear Friends,

I was asked by one of the parishes in my local neighborhood, in Wales, to help raise funds for a good community cause, and I gladly accepted. I will play the Vivaldi Four Seasons and Metamorphosis Concerto on Midsummer Night in the beautiful ancient church of Llansilin, in North Wales. We will also do other pieces, including some Acoustika material and Transcendental Sky Guitar, and Liz Vandall will sing "Bridge to Heaven".

We will make sure that virtually all the proceeds of the concert will go to this good cause, except for the basic production cost, and it would be great if you could be there to contribute! Every ticket sold, helps!

If you can't make it, there is also the option for voluntary donations. Any amount will help, no matter how small. We need to raise several thousand pounds for this.

The village is situated in a very beautiful part of Wales and the landscape is stunning - well worth a Friday afternoon Midsummer Night trip. There are plenty of hotels in the nearby market town of Oswestry and there is free caravan parking and tent space available for those who attend and want to spend the weekend to explore the mountainous Welsh countryside. We are also planning a jam session outside of the village pub later in the evening.

This event is dedicated to the memory of my very dear friend, Dennis Eyre, who passed away earlier this year and is very much missed.
