4200 Challenge. United Minds are raising money for men’s mental health and to carry on the work we currently do for men’s mental health. In 2024 4200 men in the uk took their own life. So far United minds has paid for £17k worth of therapy for men in Portsmouth to support them through any troubles and get them in a better space.

The idea we have is to remember each 4200 male individually by running 4200km between 20 lads involved in the group in the month of August. This works out 210km across the month 6.7km a day!
