Story

The Untangle team and friends (Holly, Poppy, Aaron, Tammy, George, Laura, Leah + Curtis) are aiming to raise £1000 by hiking the Ten Tors of Bodmin Moor on May 18th. All donations will go towards a socially prescribed creative movement project that will give 60 adults the opportunity to improve their mental health through playful group dance, physical theatre and yoga based sessions.

Untangle is a Community Interest Company dedicated to offering alternatives / complimentary additions to medication and talking therapies. We focus on reaching people living in rural, socially isolated areas who otherwise have no/little access to wellbeing support groups or physical exercise classes. Everything we do revolves around the magic of movement, from dance to ball games, and we adapt these to be inclusive and creative.

We have applied for funding from the National Lottery, Arts Council and Coop Community Fund, but need to raise £1000 in match funding to get the go-ahead for our first project. All donations are appreciated, even if you can only spare £1. If you can't donate at this time but would still like to help, please consider sharing this page or contacting us about volunteering via admin@untangle-cmc.co.uk

Thankyou for taking the time to read our fundraising page. Lets raise some money for mental health!
