I'm raising £800 to get the University of Birmingham Lifesaving Club to BULSCA National Championships!

The University of Birmingham Lifesaving Club are raising money to help get our members to compete at the British Universities Lifesaving Club’s Association (BULSCA) National Championships, held at the K2 in Crawley on the 15th and 16th of March. We need support to help cover our minibus hire, petrol money and equipment.
Between now and Champs weekend, our club members will be walking, running, swimming or cycling 1548km/ 962 miles - the distance to and from every BULSCA comp of the season from Birmingham, including Champs. Check out the route below!
- Nottingham - 53 miles each way
- Warwick - 22 miles each way
- Bristol - 87 miles each way
- Champs (K2) - 147 miles each way
- Southampton - 130 miles each way
- Loughborough - 42 miles each way
TOTAL = 962 miles / 1548 km
Follow our Instagram @ublifesaving for updates on our progress!
As well as all of our walking, running, swimming and cycling to reach our distance goal, we are adding some extra incentive to donate, with some of our club members completing additional challenges if we reach specific targets!
* If we get to £500, Scoof will do a park run wearing a swim hat and goggles 🏊♂️🤪
* If we get to £600, Finn will have his legs waxed 🦵🥲
* If we get to £700, Park will do a park run carrying a bob (manikin)💪😁
* If we get to £800, Fliss will carry a bob (manikin) around with her all day! We will take pictures to show bob’s adventures of lectures and uni life throughout the day 😆
Any donations you can give us to help us reach our target would be greatly appreciated :)
