Up & Out aims to maximise socialisation and physical activity in care homes, and encourage the community to engage with isolated elderly people.

We currently provide activity books for care homes around the UK. These books tell a unique, fun, comic-style story. The books are printed in black and white, providing opportunities for colouring in, and include social exercises and a chat section for people to check in and get to know one another better.

We receive repeat orders from care staff who find them a useful resource, and family members have appreciated them as a tool for engaging with their relatives.

​For each story there is a listen-along option in which a cast of talented actors bring the adventure to life in a dramatised version.
