Story
We are raising money to enhance the resources and opportunities for the 140 students in our Uniformed Protective Services (UPS) department at Itchen Sixth Form College. Your support will help us fund a range of initiatives:
- Covering the cost Exciting Expeditions
- Buying New Fitness Equipment
- Providing Jackets for Students
- Buying New Field Gun Training Equipment
- Developing Lesson Resources
- Starting New Department Projects
These funds are vital in elevating the experience for students across our Level 1, 2, and 3 courses, ensuring they have access to the best tools and opportunities to succeed in their future careers.
Last year, we proudly raised over £6,000, and this year we are aiming to as much as possible, hopefully surpassing last years achievement. Throughout November, our students and staff will be running, hiking, walking, or jogging 1 mile a day, raising money through individual sponsorship from friends, family, and colleagues. Every step they take not only improves their own health and fitness but also contributes towards enriching their college experience.
The UPS department is committed to enhancing the lives of our students, not just through education, but by improving their health, fitness, mental wellbeing, and providing life changing experiences. By supporting this fundraising initiative, you are helping to shape the future of our students and giving them the determination to take pride in both their education and the projects they’re involved in.
Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page and for considering supporting our amazing students. Together, we can make a real difference to their futures.
