Hello and Asalamulaikum - A massive Ramadan Mubarak to you all.

Over the last few years me and my family have been providing food hampers every Ramadan of necessary basic ingredients for cooking. Which are put together for poor families in Pakistan. This is in order for them to have a guaranteed meal at the start and end of Suhoor and Iftaar during their 16 hour long fasting period. We have the bags made and distributed across poor families in Faisalabad, Pakistan. 1 hamper covers a small family for Rs3000 which equates to around £20. If the family is larger, 2 bags are provided.

The provisions include;

- 20KG Flour (Atta), 4KG Rice, 3KG Oil, 1KG Gram Flour, 3.5KG of 4 Types of Lentils, 2KG Salt, 0.5KG Chilli Powder, 0.25KG Haldi Powder, 3KG Sugar, 0.25KG Tea and 2 x Packs Vermicelli.

If anyone is interested in contributing to the cause happily, then it would be much appreciated - Together we need to reduce if not end families worried about their next meal and where it will come from.
