🙏I am Vaiva Bedalyte

In 2008, my life changed when I sustained a C5/C6 incomplete spinal cord injury. Since then, l've dedicated myself to training, pushing my limits, and working towards walking again. I know firsthand how tough this journey is-physically, mentally, and emotionally.

🙏 I've been living with a spinal cord injury for 17 years and use a wheelchair. For me, challenges aren't obstacles-they're opportunities. Setting goals, staying active, and pushing my limits not only keep me motivated but also make me stronger, both physically and mentally. Growth comes from action, and by constantly challenging myself, I not only improve but also inspire and help others do the same. It's not just about me-it's about showing what's possible…

🙏Over the years, l've realized how many people with spinal cord injuries struggle to access therapy, equipment, and support. I want to change that. That's why I'm launching a fundraising campaign to help others on this journey…

🙏 My main personal trainer, Julian at Farfitness, constantly pushes me beyond my comfort zone to become better and stronger. 16th July 2022, my big challenge was walking 1km in 5 hrs 10min with a walking frame. Now we're aiming for 10km on the arm bike! This journey has taught me so much, and now it's time to start helping others through my challenges. Let's keep pushing forward together!
