Mum's last years were in Fordmill Nursing home where she was well looked after, joined in the arts and crafts and loved to sit outside when the sun was shining. Mum loved people, and people loved her. Money raised is for the arts and crafts and entertainment for residents at the home and for two benches, one for Fordmill, to be placed outside so residents can sit and enjoy the sunshine, and the other for Killearn where mum for 40 years was the post mistress at Dumgoyne Post Office and always served the community with a welcoming smile.
