Story

We all stand on the sidelines every Sunday, cheer on our girls and boys, hope they will win, trust that they will behave and occasionally fear they will get injured. Injury can happen at any time and we as parents take the view that our Children doing physical exercise is worth the risk they face. After joining Valley Fort in 2016 as a parent I put my hand up for first aid training and can thoroughly recommend it to any keen parents out there. Knowing some basics helps us all and having the kit also helps us.

First aid kits always need topping up so my ironic plea to the parents of valley fort is to consider the following:

On 17th March I will be competing in the White Collar Boxing event at the Inter-Continental Hotel in Hong Kong. The official Charity I am already supporting is a hospital in Cambodia and I have raised a considerable sum for that (if you would like details I can provide them separately). But this page is about Valley and I would like you to consider sponsoring me so that we can keep the first aid kits topped up at Valley, addressing the bumps, sprains and bangs our boys and girls inevitably get from time to time.

Please support this cause and in the name of Valley and I will do my best on the night! Many Thanks
