This is about my 2 year old cat called smudge. shes been with me 14 months now and is my whole world. on the 26th of october late at night smudge got out of a bathroom window. she didnt come back which is not like her, i walked and walked looking for her. on the 27th lots of us went everywhere looking for my girl, i left scents everywhere. sadly she didnt come back at 5pm my daughter spotted her in the corner of a fence she was badly hurt, wet hungry, i rushed her to kirkcaldy vets where she was given emergency treatment. they kept her in and told me the next 12 hours were crucial. smudge made it through the night and i came to hold her the next day, her injurys were she had a tear on her stomach wall and really bad swelling to abdomen and bladder no movement to her back legs or tail, they thought at first it could have been a RTA but after further investigation i found out she was actually kicked so hard it has caused internal bleeding and swelling. smudge has had xrays and she does not have any broken limbs, however until the swelling has gone down they can not tell if it is a spinal injury. 28th of october, today i got more news that smudge would have to be transfered to the royal dick veternary hospital for scans and intensive care treatment😢

i took her there and was informed this would be £4000 to £6000 on top of the £1200 ive already paid. im a mum on benifits just now due to my circumstances. ive used all my savings and dont know how im going to pay her bills. im not living in the right catchment area to benifit from any help from the pdsa

please to all of you and cat lovers please help bring my baby home to us, were all heart broken and she deserves a chance to live and live a happy life.
