My 23 year old son has a rare genetic condition called DiGeorge syndrome which from teenage years develops mental health problems , He has been seen by local mental health liason team in A&E dept at pilgrim hospital boston lincs , we have noticed how short of funding this departmeng is so have decided to try do some fundraising to help other people that are in need of there services . We hope you will support our chosen charity.
