Story
The housing conditions for many Cambodians are less than ideal. Many structures are unsafe and unsanitary and people are often displaced and forced into squatting.
It is estimated that around 80% of Cambodian people live in the countryside where over 50% do not have access to clean drinking water and 20% of the deaths of children under 5 are from waterborne diseases.
67% of Cambodian people do not have access to adequate sanitation (as high as 85% in rural areas).
