Hello I am fundraising to support my granddaughter’s medical journey and to help her parent with ongoing expenses during this very difficult time.

Maddison-Grace was born with two life-threatening heart conditions and is receiving care at Bristol Children’s Hospital. Born in November last year, she has already undergone two heart surgeries, due to have more, but each day she is on the edge of life😔

She is such a brave little soul, attached to medical equipment she still manages to smile and shine her light so bright. Her parents are amazing staying as strong as they can for her through this incredibly tough time,and all the medical staff have been fantastic.🙏
