Hello I'm new to these kinds of things but my family and I are in major need of home repairs my husband bought our home in 2009 And it was a huge mistake! The house has extensive water damage their was a patio in the back that was converted in a room wich is no longer really a room because the roof is caving in literally! Our friend who sold us The home did not mention termites which have given way to soft spots on the second story of our home the heating and cooling system do not work due to the homes ancient electric wiring and we are unable at this moment to fix our home and bring it up to code! We have a Toddler mind you that gets constant ear infections/respitory infections from the mold growing in the back in wich we have cleaned up over and over again I am a stay at home mother and have medical issues of my own and planning to work after my surgeries my husband was laid off and also has medical issues in wich he needs surgery as well I don't not normally ask for help nor hand outs but we are in desperate need of repair to our home so we may be able to bring it up to code and at last live in a healthier environment as a family.
