A group of Student Veterinary Nurses are travelling to South Africa in July of next year for 12 days to help the Welgevonden Game Reserve protect the wildlife and in particular the Rhinos who are under extreme threat by poachers who kill them to sell on their horns. They are becoming increasingly endangered but the work Welgevonden Game Reserve carry out will help put an end to this illegal trade. Our group travelling out are getting the amazing opportunity to go out and work with the vets, vet nurses and conservation teams along with all the wildlife - rhinos, lions, giraffes & so much more.
