I've raised £2000 to Help the Hospitalised Victim's and Victim's Families of the Leicester Hinckley Road Explosion

On Sunday 25th February at about 7PM, there was an Explosion at a shop (with a flat above) on Hinckley Road in Leicester. The police have confirmed that 5 people have died as a result of this explosion. There are also 4 people in hospital, 1 with serious injuries.
The local community have been shocked by this tragedy and on Sunday many people in the area tried to help as much as they could before the emergency services arrived.
I myself live only a few streets away and could see the smoke from my window. It is horrible to think that it could have been me or one of my family members. I have decided to set up this Just Giving page to raise funds for the families of the victims of the Hinckley Road Explosion and also for the individuals who have been badly injured by the Explosion and are currently being treated in hospital.
So please, if you can, donate what you can (and share with your friends) to help raise funds to help with the costs associated with losing a loved one and the possible rehabilitation costs associated with the badly injured individuals still in hospital.
The people of Leicester stand together with our thoughts being with the families of those affected by this tragedy and also the victims currently fighting for their lives in hospital.
The funds raised will be divided equally by all the victims identified by the police.
Please help if you can.
Thank you,
Robyn Elms
