Hello friends, I am challenging myself to do a wild swim/dip in pools around the Ashdown forest every day for 9 days straight, which is 9 days for every year of my life. This is quite a challenge because the pools are incredibly cold at this time of year!

I am doing this in support of the World Wildlife fund and the Huracan Foundation. The WWF's mission is to conserve nature and reduce the most pressing threats to the diversity of life on Earth and this is a charity close to my heart because nature needs our love now more than ever. The Huracan foundation is our chosen school charity and does fantastic work with young people around the world, empowering them to change their lives through the power of football and being part of a team.
