Could anybody please help me raise some money for this special little girl who has been in and out of hostpital all her life fighting with cystic fibrosis. Rhiannon is now on the transplant list waiting for 2 new lungs!A transplant doesnt come easy and this little girl is spending so much time on her own away from her mam and siblings as her mother has her other little ones!
