Story
I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon on October 1st to raise money for the MND association in support of my colleague David Marsh. I have worked with David for almost five years now and since his diagnosis a few months ago he has shown incredible courage and inner strength as he continues to fight this disease. No donation is too small! Thank you in advance!

On October 1st I'll be running the Cardiff Half Marathon again. The event is always very moving as you see first hand all of the incredible people raising funds and awareness for charity. This year, I want to do my bit to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
