Luke was born on 16th April 2026 and was diagnosed during pregnancy with a rare condition called Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). At 13 weeks old, he underwent surgery to receive a tracheostomy and continues to require specialist care every day.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of family, friends and supporters, we have already reached our original fundraising goal. The money raised so far has helped provide a specialist pram and much-needed storage and organisation equipment for Luke's medical supplies at home.

As Luke grows, so do his needs. We are now increasing our fundraising target to help make further essential improvements to our home. This includes resurfacing our driveway to make access safer for Luke, his equipment and emergency transport if needed, as well as upgrading our boiler to ensure a reliable and suitable home environment for his ongoing care.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps us create a safer and more accessible home for Luke and supports his daily care needs.
