ozzy and i are raising money to help jake make some memories with his family , jake who is 9 has recently been diagnosed with a really rare condition, a type of mps that is life limiting , jake needs to undergo lots of treatment to help with making him more comfortable but the prognosis is that its unlikely he will reach adulthood and will need to rely more on his wheelchair. Jake is amazing , always smiling , always full of love , jake is also a twin . those of you who know ozzy , know that he also has a rare genetic disorder,prada willi syndrome this makes exercise difficult for him ! he is planning on running kesgrave 5k on may the 5th and im doing it with him and Woodbridge 10k so please sponsor us all you can to help jake .
