I'm raising £2000 (and hopefully more!) for our incredible local mental health charity A Platform To Talk. To help raise the money I am running (and occasionally walking) 10k every single day in January.

The charity is run by some dear friends of mine who are not only inspirational individuals themselves but also give up so much of their time to create a legacy for it’s original founder Phil Merrison - father, son, partner, friend, triathlete, runner and all-round a fantastic human being.

A Platform To Talk provides a platform for people to talk about mental health and welfare, and makes sure that those in need can access the help they need. They support sufferers by providing peer support groups, community events and workshops, funding for the delivery of mental health first aid within the local community of North East Lincolnshire, funding for mental health counselling support, and awareness-raising activities.
