- every member is trained by the East Midlands Ambulance Service. They are taught how to deal with minor injuries to the most toughest of situations that can be life threatening.
- all equipment they use including uniform has been supplied by themselves through sourcing funds from wherever possible which is why I need you to get on board!
- in 2018 over 500 individuals in and around lutterworth needed some sort of medical assistance from a responder which just goes go show how crucial the service is and how much they are depending on us.
- a responder can reach someone quicker than what an ambulance can! They can treat that person appropriatly until the paramedics arrive.
