My name is Victoria, I am a women empowerment specialist, self-love enthusiast, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and holistic personal trainer who’s life mission is to teach women around the world how to fall in love with themselves through the power of intentional training.

My life’s deepest desire is to empower as many women as possible to fall in love with themselves and as a consequence with their lives again. I have been searching up and down, left and right in order to achieve this for myself (or at least get a better understanding in which direction to go) and can’t wait to share my tools and observations with you.

Myself and my team of super dedicated women have devoted our lives to deliver the best of our abilities to make sure you get what you want and more. We have been through everything you are going through right now; lack of time, busy family schedules, career frustrations, various training programs, weight loss, weight gain..trying to find balance, starting and abandoning a project, every diet trend, and feeling overwhelmed to a point when you are ready to give up on life…
With all of that in mind, I've created my Intentional Training program. I wanted to make sure that your time spent with us is fun, effective, and most importantly that you are fully present in the moment and can get that sense of calm and connection to yourself back in life.

One more crucial difference….every session you attend will give power to an even better cause. Together we can hep to raise funds and help myself and women who choose to take part in volunteering for non profit organisations around the World whose sole purpose is to empower women and girls in low income countries through education, jobs, and training.

It is your choice of how you want to empower women. Wether it is through attending an event in the UK(or other countries), a donation, volunteering once you have completed "Intentional training program" with us or even becoming one of our ambassadors.
